Fostering company pride with video.

The challenge

Waldinger Corporation wanted to build on the sense of community at their annual conference and foster pride in working for Waldinger. But how? By creating a company hype video to play at the event. The video needed to showcase Waldinger’s core values, along with real employees within their real working environments. It also needed to be versatile, with the potential for it to be used in recruitment, training and social efforts. That meant collecting quick-moving b-roll from their office, shop and construction site locations.

Our approach

To best tell the Waldinger story, Waldinger and Anthologic joined forces. We created a fast-paced, engaging video to highlight the company’s projects and people and to demonstrate how the company leads boldly.

The solution

First, Anthologic’s experienced team helped make the on-screen talent feel comfortable and confident in showing off their capabilities (which are truly impressive). Then, during the editing process, we used a speed ramping technique that captured Waldinger’s brand personality. This strategy, alongside the up-tempo music track and supporting dynamic graphics, allowed us to showcase many employees throughout many departments, illustrating the breadth and depth of the organization.

The outcome

The hype video was a hit at Waldinger’s annual conference. Company employees enjoyed seeing themselves and coworkers represented as powerful contributors to the Waldinger brand.
